Quality Control

At Chinee Perfume Co., Ltd., quality control is integrated into the handling and production of our fragrance products, including perfume oils, sprays, roll-on and solid perfumes, travel-size formats, and private-label products. Our quality assurance practices are guided by product specifications, internal inspection standards, and the requirements agreed with each customer. The aim is to support consistent product quality, clear communication, and reliable preparation for shipment.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and components are checked before they enter production. Depending on the product and specification, inspections may cover fragrance materials, bases, bottles, caps, pumps, rollers, containers, labels, and packaging components. Checks can include identity, appearance, condition, dimensions, and compatibility with the intended product and packaging design.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Production is monitored at relevant stages to help identify variation before it affects the finished order. Process checks may include batch identification, weighing and filling controls, assembly, product appearance, and packaging operations. Inspection points are selected according to the product type, production process, and agreed requirements.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Finished products are reviewed against applicable specifications before packing or release. Depending on the item, checks may cover appearance, fill level, container condition, closure fit, spray or roller operation, labeling, and general workmanship. Fragrance-related evaluations are conducted where relevant and subject to the product specification and agreed inspection method.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Before shipment, packaging is checked to confirm that the order is prepared according to the approved requirements. This may include verifying product and label details, quantities, cartons, protective materials, and shipping marks. The final review helps ensure that products are suitably packed and that shipment information is consistent with the order documents.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Customer feedback and inspection findings are reviewed to understand quality concerns and determine appropriate follow-up. When an issue is identified, the relevant details can be assessed, corrective actions considered, and applicable process or inspection controls reviewed. Chinee Perfume Co., Ltd. works with customers to clarify requirements and support ongoing improvements in product consistency and order handling.
